All items ending in $.00 or marked/specific on the website as "final sale" may not be returned. This also applies to items discounted using promotional codes with a "final sale" disclaimer.
Jewelry*, tights, swimwear, lingerie in any form, accessories, fashion face covers, sticky bras and body tape, and gift cards are considered "final sale" and may not be returned.
*All other full-price jewelry items purchased online must be returned unworn and in their original bag and cardboard backing.
Please wear undergarments when trying on bodysuits. Bodysuits may be returned as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached.
OPAL FORUM reserves the right to refuse returns. All Final Sales items returned to us will assess a 20% restocking fee and refunded in the form of store credit.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase, full-price item(s) may be returned within 14 days of the original order date for a refund to the original form of payment. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box*. Please include the original invoice with your return.
Final sale items or items purchased using a final sale promotion code cannot be returned.
Please send OPALFORUMCLOTHING@GMAIL.COM an order number, picture attached with desired return item, and reasoning. A shipping label sent to you. Fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund for the use of our shipping label.
Once your order arrives back at our fulfillment center, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.
*OPAL FORUM reserves the right to refuse a return or assess a 20% restocking fee on item(s) that do not meet the above criteria.
ORDER FORFILLMENT TIME
Customers can expect their order to be processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed. You will receive tracking information via email once a shipping label is printed for your order. Expedited orders (next-day and 2-day shipping) are shipped the same day, Monday-Friday, as long as the order is placed before 4 PM PST.
Under unusual circumstances of extremely high volume, please allow 72 business hours of processing time.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive it within the shipping timeframes advertised, please make sure that your address is correct and includes all relevant or required information. The correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or suite numbers, etc..., are important to ensure proper delivery.
OPAL FORUM is not responsible for stolen packages or lost/incorrectly delivered orders if the address or any relevant shipping information was entered incorrectly at time of checkout.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with information to track your order. If you are signed up for SMS alerts, you will also receive shipping and delivery notifications via text.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE OFFERED?
Below is a list of domestic shipping options and estimated costs. Please refer to the table for expected delivery days for orders placed with expedited shipping. *Expedited shipping rates may vary based on cart size
STANDARD SHIPPING (5-7 business days) - $7.95 or FREE* on purchases of $75.00 or more (after discounts and before taxes). This applies to orders being shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
2-DAY SHIPPING (2 business days). Orders placed by 4:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday - Starting at $18.00. Cost based on location.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (Next business day. No Saturday or Sunday delivery). Orders placed by 4:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday - Starting at $29.99. Cost based on location.
Orders placed with expedited shipping are shipped the same day, Monday-Friday, as long as they are placed by 4:00 PM PST. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.

HOW DOES YOUR REWARD PROGRAM WORK?
Customers enrolled in our rewards program earn 1 point for every $1 spent on both in-store and online purchases. Once 500 points are accumulated, they automatically convert to a $10 reward redeemable both in-store and online.
When shopping in-store, make sure to provide your stylist with your email and/or phone number to link your purchase to your account. When shopping online, make sure to log in to your shopAKIRA.com account to earn points.
As long as you're logged in when shopping online, any available rewards will be visible at the final checkout step and can be applied to your order before providing other payment information.
